Strawberry Shake

Strawberries 250 Grams Sugar 6 Teaspoons Milk 2 Cups Ice cream (strawberry) 1/2 Pint Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon



Wash the strawberries thoroughly and cut into fine pieces. Sprinkle half the sugar onto them and the vanilla extract. Put them in the freezer for half an hour. Take out the strawberries and put them in the blender with 2 cups of milk and the other half of the sugar. Keep the blender on until it is completely mixed and no big chunks are left. Stop the blender, open the lid and add the ice cream. mix manually with a spatula and then put the lid back on and switch on the blender to mix them completely. Stop the blender, open the lid, shake well and serve chilled with strawberries garnished on the top and a few ice-cubes.

Watermelon Juice

Ingredients:

Watermelon chunks: 2 cups
Sugar to taste
Ice-cubes (optional)
Rock salt to taste

1. Remove seeds from the watermelon chunks. It was hard and time consuming for me to do so, so I did shred them into little pieces and did blend them for 5 seconds, then passed them through the sieve so the seeds get removed.
2. Add the juice to the blender again, and add the sugar. Blend again for about 15 seconds. 
3. Sprinkle black salt at the bottom of the glasses, and pour in glasses. Add the ice cubes and serve chilled.

Ingredients:

Cherries: 15
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Honey: 4 tbsp.

1. Wash the cherries and remove the seeds from them. Chop them finely and add to the blender.
2. Add the yogurt and honey to the blender. Blend. Pour in glasses and serve chilled.
